Led growth of school from 4 planes to 16, including the creation of associated flight club. Created P&P/SOPs documentation and laid out multi-year growth plan.
Plans and leads missions for aircraft delivery and maintenance, including multi-day formation delivery flights.
As Chief Pilot, mentors and oversees CFIs, conducts student stage checks, and supervises curriculum.

Successfully led teams at multiple retail stores. Was selected as a national training leader, responsible for hosting new employee training as well as traveling to new store openings.
Selected to go from retail to corporate as part of a "career experience" after being recognized for developing custom software for use in stores.
Helped found the retail software development team, took responsibility for all support development, bug fixing, data-mining, and report generation, as well as handling all support requests for 60,000 global users.
Led transition of standalone team into the global Internal Software & Technology group, creating support documentation for agents and acting as Tier-3 support engineer.
